Yahoo!’s instant messaging client Yahoo! Messenger new features are impressing users more than ever. Recently the two new features got unveiled. One about the file sharing and second about the IM interface.
The new Yahoo! Messenger for Windows latest version 9.0 Beta and widely used 8.1 and IM version for MAC now supports up to 2 GB file sharing. The client already is supporting file sharing but because of high user demand to increase it and need to share more data, gave Yahoo! a strong reason to increase it. The Yahoo! messenger website declared that now there IM’s are supporting up to 2 GB file sharing. This is good news because most of the software’s, images, videos and other files can now be easily shared. What’s more, it is easy than ever because Yahoo! IM supports drag and drop file sharing. The file sharing can be done in a snap and you always know that other person has downloaded your file or not!
Now the next feature which will give you a chance to build more personal interaction with the software. Yahoo! has announced that now they will allow users to design their own themes for the Yahoo! Messenger client. The feature will be soon available but only for the MAC version. May be Yahoo! will role out this feature for other OS too. This will be possible by web kits and designing software’s combination. This new step will sure bring boom in a new web marketplace. The day is not far when you can design and as well as purchase other themes for your Yahoo! Messenger from the web.
