First ever Clamshell from Blackberry

Research In Motion or RIM as we know it better is first time planning to launch a clamshell mobile phone. If you don’t know, RIM is the company who manufacturer the world famous business mobile phones Blackberry.

The company from its starting always focused on candybar deign and made up a strict design follow image. But know as daily new handsets and technology is coming, RIM has decided to surprise its user with brand new concept phone in their lineup. Blackberry KickStart a clamshell mobile, as the people are calling it will debut very soon in the market. As per the rumours, it will debut in USA on TMobile.

There is nothing official about it but as we are getting hints may be it will be a Quad Band supported handset which will support GPRS and EDGE. For internet lovers RIM can pack WiFi support init. Bluetooth, USB, Media Player etc can be some more parts of the device. Screen resolution will be 160×128 for external screen and 240×320 pixels for the internal screen. Image lovers will enjoy its 2 Mega Pixel camera with flash and video recoding capabilities.
