Recent security bulletin released by a web security company reports that there is a SQL injection going on which injects a special file in a website system named 1.js which gets implant in the main website MySQL system. When a visitor visit this website, the website automatically tries to launch the self hosted 1.js file which attempts to hack in user’s computer.
The injection target and attacks web browsers, Microsoft softwares and other web based software’s in your computer. Till this article is written already thousand and very more than that websites are already injected with this infection. You may not believe that UK and UN government websites are first of them which got infected. Famous search engines like Google and Yahoo! had already indexed the infected websites in their search results so it is easy for the virus to get spread.
But there is a simple fix for that as it is always. Keep an eye on every unfamiliar website activity, don’t download unknown or automatic file downloads, keep your anti virus and both spyware up to date with firewall on and use caution till this problem get resolved. There is nothing to worry if you keep your security meter up as always.
