How to Get the Best Grades – student strategies & online study skills
If you struggle to get the kind of grades you want or you just want to be able to study a LOT less and get the same or better grades then all you need to do is find out what your ‘cognitive style’ is and then apply that to all your future studies.

Cognitive style is a fancy term that basically means the patterned way in which your brain automatically learns. Or another way to put it it is the way your brain LIKES to learn. Have you ever noticed that if you are studying something you are really into and really enjoy that your learning that subject is so effortless and easy?
When you study something you are passionate about your brain automatically uses your cognitive style for learning. Can you imagine what learning might be like if you could use the student strategies that ALWAYS tap into your cognitive style of learning?
People that do this consistently have supercharged learing skills and are often referred to as geniuses. The truth however is that we are all geniuses! Let me explain.
Take your typical 3 year old. What have they learned. They have learned to walk and they have learned an entire language despite the fact that an infant from 0-3 years of age has a totally underdeveloped brain! What if a 2 year old had a 20 year olds brain?! The thought is mind boggling.
As an young person your brain automatically uses its natural cognitive style to learn. That is why babies are like a sponge absorbing everything at bionic rates.
The problem is that when we start attending school well meaning teachers unknowingly cram the cognitive style of learn they were taught in college while training to be teachers. In other words your teachers have screwed your brain up!!
How to Get the Best Grades with the Least Amount of Effort is a student strategies and online study skills kit that shows you have to find and utilize your cognitive style of learning. It is not as complicated as it sounds and to give you one simple example of what I mean take a look at a video on the How to Get the Best Grades website.

In our first few years of school our teachers taught us to subvocalize when reading which means saying each word in our head as we read.
